Strata Office Sales in Chatswood Strong in late 2020!

We have people asking us "Haven't office prices dropped because of COVID?". Although this may be the case in some markets, it is not the case in the Chatswood strata office market.

We have seen a trend of small to medium sized businesses moving from the city to suburban centres such as Chatswood.

Whilst we are certainly seeing trends of large corporates working from home more, small businesses are largely back in the office.

Continued low stock levels and strong demand have translated into similar rates to 2019 being achieved per square metre in 2020 and in some buildings we have even seen small levels of growth.
